Intuition is my guide. I believe we are all innately interconnected, allowing large amounts of informations to flow from one person to another, far beyond words and convenances. During the creative process, those are the informations that help me understand my interlocutor, and which guide my hands to compose something that will resonate with his/her personality. I’m highly animated by the way the shape emerges from the line, how the colours vibrates when combined, how the drawing gesture will transcribe a unique vibe. That is why I also spend time painting, molding, engraving, observing, listening, cooking, laughing and all other -ings that feed me with aesthetics and harmony.

Every project is a dialogue. I care about people and I believe interaction is the way to a successful outcome. I like to discuss in details to really get the feel and understand the DNA of a brand. I started as an art director and it feels natural for me to think globally and consider every project as a whole. I specialized in graphic design because I found I could express myself more freely. I rely a lot on my creativity and intuition to go through pretty much everything in my life. I believe in energies, the power of stones and i can read cards. I can see far beyond the obvious and come back to the real world with incredible thoughts and visions. I am a former associate at Club Sandwich and I am based in Brussels.

I would describe my work more as a subtle craft than an exact science. Each endeavor is a unique adventure with its own essence and energy. It's like embarking on a quest without a clear-cut path, where your intuition and instincts become your guiding lights. Over time, you realize that trying to control every outcome is futile. Often, the best solutions emerge when you relinquish control and openly share your ideas and uncertainties with others. I believe that my job hinges on observation, empathy, trust, and a touch of faith. To me, these qualities are invaluable in capturing the true essence of a project and its creator(s).

Make it fun! I love to play with design and dive into a new project to connect with people’s dreams and vision. I create with my hands following my heart and knowing that when we dare to do our best without expectation, everything becomes possible. I believe design is about honesty, joy and simplicity. Likewise, I seek balance and coherence in my work and love to play around with colours and shapes. Deeply connected with nature and environmental issues when I’m not designing, you may find me gardening, observing plants and climbing mountains. I feel we can make a difference by developing projects and designs with meaning and love.

Design is not just about aesthetics; it’s also about values and meaning. It is a tool that allows us to tell stories, express ourselves and connect with others. It helps us to create a community that shares the same vision of the world. The effective identities are those that have meaning, embody a cause, and leave a memorable mark beyond what they sell. For me, the recipe for useful design is a blend of observation, a splash of exploration, a touch of intuition, and a hint of serendipity.

I get up in the morning because I love what I do. Making beautiful websites come to life, having fun and genuinely give a sh*t about my clients is what transforms projects into a passion rather than a task. Maybe I'm not the fastest or cheapest, but I’ll treat you fairly, share some laughs and learn your growing pains to achieve your goals.

Justine Cornillie
Production assistant and sound recordist
I am someone who is sensitive to aesthetics, I enjoy problems because I love finding solutions. What I like best hides behind the scenes because I like to look beyond the surface. As a production assistant and sound recordist, that is where I want to venture. I love the 50's to 80's photography, painting, dull colours. I like to listen to old people tell me about their times so I can dream about their lives. I love to explore, travel, move, listen to the silence in museums, or the noises that surround me, I love broken voices and I hate having forgotten to offer a glass of water to a person who must speak in front of my Røde shotgun mic! I cannot stand all the annoying sounds of the mouth. I like scars, moles on the skin, modesty and kids who wear glasses on top of eye patches. The Scream of Wilhelm was a revelation for me. I love culture and music from Richter to Celine Dion. I love nerdy and rock.

Viviane de Laveleye
Multimedia journalist & storyteller
Words are my melody. My favorite game: receiving an improbable word I must surreptitiously place in a discussion. Not bad at writing, I make my way mostly through journalism, the slow one, not for the pleasure of bad news, but for long long stories few would have heard about otherwise. Transforming a tiny bit in a fascinating story. I also record other people stories, always with the sound, often with images. I absolutely love mushrooms and I relish being hit by revelations as brilliant as useless.

Art Director & Sign Painting
Form and function. Two omnipresent ideas that shape our entire world. Two concepts I embraced in life and that somehow equally guide and balance my creative process. I am an art director, I founded BJ | Fine Graphic Design, a studio specialised in branding and sign painting. Enthusiastic about art forms from the past, I believe in handmade and craft processes to best compliment contemporary design, my practice focuses on typography, sign writing and illustration. Being part of All One enables me to constantly share and challenge my vision alongside other professionals. It enriches my approach.

Entrepreneur
People often say ‘You should focus’. Sorry but I can’t… If I had to look for one constant in my life it would be eclectism which is the interest in multiple random things. Therefore I started a small clothing brand, organise parties and created an alcoholic beverage. Nourishing and developing my passion for creativity, design and entrepreuneurship is what I strive to do. Whenever you find yourself on the side of majority, it’s time to pause and reflect and I like to do just that.

Loïc van der Heyden
Filmmaker
As a filmmaker, I am happier in the driver’s seat of a van than in a director’s chair. That is because my love for making documentaries is fuelled by the desire to go places and meet people. I love a good story. Especially true stories, however simple they may be. That is what I aim to achieve: to tell the stories of our subjects as truthfully as possible. So in a way, I consider myself more of a technician than a creative. We go out and document the world because it is a fascinating place worth preserving and sharing.

I like to travel across borders. Especially the one between reality and fiction. I share my time between the two, from the Antarctic white colds to the dark editing rooms of Belgian studios. Films are a collective trip, with one common goal: passing the message through. That’s what I love about it. I always dreamed to be an actor but I’m so bad that I decided to stay focused on the rec button.
